Terms of Booking, Cancellation & Change of Appointment:

The cancellation policy applies to any appointment booked directly through myself or a third party.  Patients arriving late will not receive the full treatment time and may be refused treatment if time does not allow.  The appointment will be charged for in full.   Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise the full fee will be charged.  If cancelled over the weekend or on a Tuesday evening or Wednesday  the full price will be charged. This applies to new clients booked in at short notice.  If concessionary patients cancel within these timescales the full appointment charge (£65 or £50) will be charged.  For new patients booking their first treatment online, payment upfront is required due to the increase of 'no shows' occurring in our profession.  Due to Covid we will waive the cancellation fee if evidenced that you have tested positive or have been advised to self isolate.  If you have (or someone you reside with) travelled abroad and have been advised to self isolate you will be charged the full amount and an administration fee of £25 applied.   If we are made aware that you are meant to be self isolating and are not, the full cancellation fee and and administration charge of £25 will apply.
